虎皮风爪
喜欢吃早茶里的风爪,可是太贵,£2.5 才给2-3个。决定自己做, 在这里待的,感觉自己无所不能,什么都会做。 从中国店里买了一大包30个£2.65。网上一搜,才发现做法如此复杂,要煮,炸,烧,最后上锅蒸。前前后后忙了两天,一共用了5个多小时,才算把它搞好,吃起了一点广式风爪的味道都没有,杉说和我做的红烧鱼一个味,但认为很好吃。我一边吃一边觉得对不起所花的功夫。现在觉得餐馆卖得真不贵。
